The K10 Quartz HPHT (200°C) HYBRID memory gauge is built around leading-edge technology that has been designed to operate in hostile downhole environments. The K10 Quartz HPHT (200°C) has been developed to operate in wellbore conditions with temperatures up to 200°C. This gauge utilizes the proven Quartzdyne digital hybrid quartz pressure transducer along the Kuster proprietary hybrid electronics. The hybrid circuit is fully contained in a customized hermetic package for operations up to 200°C. This new generation of HPHT technology will provide quality and reliable data in high temperature and hostile environments.
The Kuster 2007 software was designed to do more than interface with our tools, it is a way to create custom Excel Gradient reports and manage battery usage. All within one easy to use software package with multiple language display options.
The K10 HPHT 200C Quartz gauge is manufactured from Hastelloy C-276 and Inconel 718/Incoloy 925 alloys. These materials are fully H2S and CO2 resistance as per NACE.
