The K10 LES has been designed as a low
cost Pressure/Temperature gauge with a
high resolution/high accurate piezoresistive
pressure sensor without the external fast
response platinum resistive temperature
device (RTD). The K10 LES has the same
features and options except that it has
the basic configuration of a standard
Pressure/Temperature recorder. The K10
LES is a low-cost, high reliable pressure
and temperature recorder.
The K10 Strain gauge utilizes
a proprietary electronic memory recording
system that allows for redundant memory.
This design allows the data to be recorded
onto 4 Flash memory components to increase
data reliability. This design also allows
the option of recording up to 1,400,000
data sets. The low power design will allow
the K10 Strain to operate up to 1 year
on 1 “C” Cell lithium battery.
The K10 Strain is also available for (SRO)
Surface Readout applications.
The Kuster 2007 software was designed
to do more than interface with our tools,
it is a way to create custom Excel Gradient
reports and manage battery usage. All
within one easy to use software package
with multiple language display options.
The K10 Strain gauges are manufactured
from Hastelloy C-276 and Inconel 718/Incoloy
925 alloys. These materials are fully
H2S and CO2 resistance as per NACE.
