Kuster Company has made a serious commitment to provide the petroleum industry with the most technically advanced tools specially designed for high temperature environments.
We informally contacted many of our long time customers, and after evaluating their specifications and needs developed a line of high temperature tools which will withstand temperatures up to 700 F.

BALL BEARING LEAD SCREW

The HP recorder is designed and manufactured using titanium alloy in many of it's components to increase durability and reduce friction in ultra high temperature applications. The lead screw runs on all steel ball bearings which again produces friction free movement.

GET 1 BELLOWS
AVAILABLE UP TO 20,000PSI

The pressure element used in the HP gauge configuration, contains the GET 1 bellows. This bellows has been designed to incorporate the latest advances in technology which provide an increase in the success rate and also an increase in the accuracy of the data.

The HP clock was redesigned to include all ball bearings, instead of jewels at all pivot locations. Also, the newly designed escapement is exceptionally reliable in high temperatures, which assures that a successful survey will be obtained. The friction free spring drive mechanism guarantees smooth, optimum operation.

TITANIUM CHART CARRIER STAINLESS STEEL CHARTS

Kuster Company can also supply stainless steel charts. Unlike the conventional brass chart, the HP chart will return to its original flat condition when removed from the chart carrier, making the chart easier to handle and insert into the Chart Reader for interpretation.
